Order processing takes 5 to 10 business days before product shipment. Our team strives to ship your purchases within 24 hours or the next day. If the purchase is made on a Saturday after 10 AM, we will likely ship the product on Monday.

Our Return Policy
If you still need to return a product, we understand. Here are the details:
You can return photo backdrops within 7 days of the purchase date.
You are fully responsible for the return shipping costs.
A $3 processing fee will be deducted from your order.
Please fill out the tracking form below to ensure your return. We need the tracking number to process the return.
Products must be new and unused.
Products with custom logos cannot be returned.
You will receive a full refund for the product, excluding shipping. The refund will be credited to the card or PayPal account used for the original purchase and will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the product.
